Spicy Potato and Bean Pie

Spicy Potato and Bean Pie

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy.

3. Add sliced red onion, red pepper, and chilies to the pan. Sauté until vegetables are softened.

4. Add boiled potatoes and baked beans to the pan. Stir well to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Transfer the mixture into a pie dish lined with pastry dough.

7. Spread pesto evenly over the top of the mixture.

8. Cover the pie dish with another layer of pastry dough and seal the edges.

9. Make a few slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape during baking.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
