Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped scallions.

2. Place a spoonful of the filling onto a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape. Press to seal tightly.

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.

4. Pour water into the pan until it reaches halfway up the dumplings. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes or until the water evaporates.

5. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottoms are crispy again. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
