Baked Salmon with Maple Syrup

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Drizzle the maple syrup generously over the salmon.

5. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, peel and slice the potatoes. Halve the baby carrots.

7. Drizzle the potato slices and baby carrots with some melted butter and season with salt and pepper.

8. Place the vegetables on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

9. Bake the vegetables together with the salmon for an additional 20-25 minutes, until tender.

10. Wash and halve the fresh tomatoes. Arrange them on a plate.

11. Arrange the baked salmon, oven-roasted potatoes, and vegetables on the plate.

12. Drizzle with some barbecue sauce and serve.
