Roasted Beef with New Potatoes and Carrots

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the beef top round steak with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add some oil. Sear the steak on both sides until browned.

4. Transfer the seared steak to a roasting pan.

5. In the same skillet, add the new potatoes and carrots. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Sauté for a few minutes until slightly browned.

6. Arrange the sautéed potatoes and carrots around the steak in the roasting pan.

7. Cover the roasting pan with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Roast for about 45-60 minutes or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.

8. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes of cooking to allow the vegetables to get crispy.
