Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups 2% low-fat milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon salt. Stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

3. Add the yeast mixture to the milk mixture and stir well.

4. Gradually add 6 cups all-purpose flour to the liquid mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms.

5. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

7. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a loaf and place them in greased loaf pans.

8. Cover the pans with kitchen towels and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.

9. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

10. Bake the loaves in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

11. Remove the bread from the pans and let them cool on wire racks before slicing.
