Delicious and gluten-free stuffed bell peppers filled with quinoa, black beans, and veggies

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. 3. In a large bowl, mix cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and spices.
4. 4. Stuff the bell peppers with the quinoa mixture and place them in a baking dish.
5. 5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
