Beef Mashed Potato Skillet

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and bacon and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

2. Add the grounded beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

3. Add tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add butter to the skillet along with water and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Stir in mashed potatoes and herbs into the mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
