Wine Leaves Rice with Steak Strips

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak strips and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper and herbs as desired.

3. Remove the steak strips from the pan and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add the wine leaves and fry until they are softened and fragrant.

5. Add the rice, dried tomatoes and rose water. Stir to combine and season to taste.

6. Add the steak strips back to the pan. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
