Light and airy meringue made from egg whites
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form.
3. 3. Gradually add in sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form and the meringue is glossy.
4. 4. Spoon or pipe the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small nests or shapes as desired.
5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5-2 hours, or until the meringues are crisp on the outside and dry on the inside.
