Surf and Turf Pesto Bake

A delicious and flavorful dish combining beef tenderloin steaks and boneless chicken breast with a pesto twist, topped with hash browns, feta cheese, and black olives in a tomato sauce.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

3. 3. Season the beef tenderloin steaks and boneless chicken breast with salt and pepper.

4. 4. Sear the beef tenderloin steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. 5. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the boneless chicken breast until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

6. 6. Spread pesto on the bottom of a baking dish.

7. 7. Place the seared beef tenderloin steaks on top of the pesto.

8. 8. Add the cooked boneless chicken breast on top of the beef tenderloin steaks.

9. 9. Sprinkle hash browns over the meat in an even layer.

10. 10. Pour tomato sauce over the hash browns.

11. 11. Crumble feta cheese over the top of the dish.

12. 12. Scatter black olives on top of the feta cheese.

13. 13. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.

14. 14. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
