Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Bring the lentils to a boil in a pot of water and cook for 20 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
2. Dice the bell peppers into small cubes.
3. Finely chop the fresh onion.
4. Roughly chop the cilantro leaves.
5. In a large bowl, combine the cooled lentils, bell peppers, onions, and cilantro leaves.
6. Season with salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
