A delicious and easy-to-make one-pot meal that combines the flavors of juicy cherry tomatoes, tender boneless chicken, fragrant basmati rice and tangy adobo sauce.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
6. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
7. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they start to burst.
8. Stir in 1/4 cup of adobo sauce into the cherry tomato mixture.
9. Add 1 cup of basmati rice and stir well to coat with the tomato-adobo mixture.
10. Arrange the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture in the skillet.
