Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Slice the bread horizontally in the middle and hollow it out slightly to make room for the filling.
2. Heat a pan and fry the sausage slices in it until they are browned.
3. Add the diced onions and crushed garlic and fry them with the sausage until they are soft.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and fry for a few minutes until they are soft.
5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the fried vegetables and stir until the eggs are cooked.
6. Add the grated cheese and stir until melted.
