Baked Mac and Cheese

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

4. Reduce heat and add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce in a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and additional cheese, if desired.
