Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with pepper, chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, and basil. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through. Stir in pasta sauce.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

5. Layer half of the cooked pasta in a baking dish. Top with half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers with the remaining pasta, beef mixture, and cheese. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
