Creamy Salmon and Vegetables with White Wine Sauce
This dish is a combination of salmon, vegetables, and creamy cheeses, all cooked in a white wine sauce.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the salmon filet in a baking dish.
3. Toss the spinach, brussel sprouts and garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread the vegetables around the salmon filet.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and gorgonzola. Spread the cheese mixture over the vegetables.
