A delicious and hearty beef skillet with tender top round steak, new potatoes, and carrots.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Season the top round steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Heat some oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

4. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté the new potatoes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add the carrots to the skillet and cook until slightly tender.

6. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.

7. Return the steak, potatoes, and carrots to the skillet and toss together.

8. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices or herbs of your choice.

9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
