Juicy chicken drumsticks in a creamy tomato sauce with mushrooms.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and brown the chicken drumsticks on both sides until golden. Set aside.
3. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
4. Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
5. Roughly chop the Italian plum tomatoes.
6. In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms until lightly browned. Add the carrots and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Add the creme fraiche, double cream, and grated Parmesan to the sauce and stir well.
9. Return the chicken drumsticks to the pan and simmer for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
11. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and serve.
