A delicious and healthy chicken vegetable stir-fry with fresh lime juice.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Cut the chicken thighs into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Wash and cut the bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and mixed vegetables.
3. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the chicken thighs until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. Add the cut vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
5. Add the tomato puree and mix well. Add water if needed to thin out the sauce.
6. Return the chicken to the pan and mix everything together.
7. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and serve.
