Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
3. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, hoisin sauce, orange juice, minced garlic, diced onion, and fine salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
