1. Chop the garlic and set aside.

2. Finely chop the onion.

3. Season the turkey meat with salt, pepper, and chopped garlic. Shape into small meatballs.

4. Heat a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides. Set aside.

5. In the same pan, sauté the prawns until cooked. Set aside.

6. Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch in boiling water until tender-crisp. Drain.

7. In the same pan, sauté the onions until soft. Add the chopped garlic and cook briefly.

8. Add the meatballs, prawns, and broccoli to the pan. Mix well.

9. For the garlic sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add chopped garlic and cook briefly. Add flour and stir well. Slowly add milk while stirring constantly, bring to a boil until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

10. Pour the garlic sauce over the meatballs, prawns, and broccoli. Mix well and serve.
