Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Slice the boneless chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat some sesame oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken strips until they are fully cooked. Set aside.

3. Using a spiralizer or a knife, cut the zucchini into noodle shapes.

4. In the same skillet, heat some more sesame oil and sauté the zucchini noodles for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Slice the fresh mushrooms and add them to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.

6. Divide the noodles onto plates and place the pan-fried chicken breast on top.

7. For the creamy sesame sauce: Heat milk in a small saucepan. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and slowly pour them into the hot milk while stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer for about 1 minute until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Pour the creamy sesame sauce over the zucchini noodles and chicken.

9. Serve hot and enjoy!

200g noodles

200ml milk

150g fresh mushrooms

2 eggs

2 tbsp sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste
