2. 2. In a large bowl, mix together diced onion, diced tomatoes, sliced asparagus, and ranch dressing mix.

5. 5. Layer the sliced russet potatoes at the bottom of a casserole dish.

6. 6. Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the potatoes.

7. 7. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken and potatoes.

9. 9. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
