Peach Potato Salad

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender. Let them cool and then slice them.

2. Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the potato slices, peach slices, leaf lettuce, green olives, and chopped parsley leaves.

4. In a separate bowl, season the creme fraiche with salt and pepper.

5. Pour the creme fraiche over the salad and gently mix.

6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
