A delicious and healthy pork quinoa stir-fry with vegetables.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Slice the pork into thin slices.
2. Heat some sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until cooked. Set aside.
3. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
4. In the same pan, heat some more sesame oil and add the sliced scallions, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until soft.
5. Add the cooked quinoa, blanched broccoli florets, and stir-fried pork. Mix well.
6. Add low sodium soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Continue stir-frying until everything is well combined and heated through.
7. Season with additional soy sauce and red pepper flakes to taste.
8. Serve the pork quinoa stir-fry hot.
