1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.

3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.

4. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and mix everything together well.
