A delicious and comforting casserole made with potatoes, two types of cheese, and a creamy sauce.

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Greek yogurt. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

5. Spread half of the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.

6. Layer half of the diced tomatoes and basil leaves over the potato mixture.

7. Repeat the layers with the remaining potato mixture, diced tomatoes, and basil leaves.

8. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the mixture evenly over the casserole.

9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

10. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

11. Serve hot with bacon on top and drizzle with barbecue sauce and chunky salsa.
