Amaretto Potatoes with Lentils and Vegetables

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

2. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly.

3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender.

4. While the potatoes are cooking, bring another pot of water to a boil and add the red lentils. Cook until tender.

5. Wash and thinly slice the vegetables (carrots, red cabbage, and cucumber).

6. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables until soft.

7. Add the amaretto to the pan and simmer for about 2 minutes.

8. Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.

9. Drain the cooked lentils and add them to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

10. Add the vegetable mixture to the potatoes and lentils and mix well.

11. Add milk to adjust the consistency. Add more milk if needed.

12. Season with Caesar salad dressing and serve.
