
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegan beef and cook until it is completely cooked through.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add tomatoes, spinach, salt and pepper to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through.
5. To assemble the cannelloni, spoon the cooked vegan beef mixture into the cannelloni tubes. Place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6. Top with ricotta cheese and pour tomato sauce over the top.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
8. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
