2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage and ground beef until browned. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. 3. Stir in the canned chopped tomatoes and tomato soup. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. 4. In a baking dish, layer half of the cabbage on the bottom. Top with half of the meat mixture. Repeat with another layer of cabbage and meat mixture.
