A delicious and healthy main dish featuring roasted cauliflower and parmesan potatoes.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle the cauliflower with light soy sauce and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
5. While the cauliflower is roasting, peel and dice the boiling potatoes.
6. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
7. In a separate bowl, grate fresh parmesan cheese.
8. Once the potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
9. Place the baking dish in the oven with the cauliflower and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
