1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Slice the hot dogs into thin rounds.

3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the hot dog slices until lightly browned.

4. Peel and slice the white onion. Clean and slice the button mushrooms.

5. In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking until soft.

6. Add the melted American cheese to the pan and stir well until melted and creamy.

7. Add the cooked noodles and sautéed hot dogs to the mushrooms. Mix everything together well and serve hot.

8. Sprinkle with shredded Pepper Jack cheese for an extra kick.
