Creamy Garlic Beef Tenderloin
Juicy beef tenderloin steaks in a creamy garlic sauce, served with cream style corn.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add some oil. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
4. Transfer the steaks to a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven. Cook for about 10 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preference.
5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic cloves and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the cream style corn. Stir well to combine.
7. Cook the cream style corn for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
