Pan-Seared Salmon with Roasted Carrots and Sweet Peppers
Pan-seared salmon served with roasted carrots, garlic and sweet peppers.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Peel and slice the carrots into 1/4 inch rounds.
3. Slice the sweet peppers into thin strips.
4. In a large bowl, toss the carrots and sweet peppers with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper.
5. Transfer the vegetables to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
7. While the vegetables are roasting, season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
8. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
9. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
10. Serve the salmon fillets with roasted vegetables.
