A nutritious and protein-packed bowl filled with chicken, beans, pork ribs, vegetables, and eggs.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the boneless chicken breast and pork ribs with salt and pepper.

3. Place the seasoned chicken breast and pork ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, rinse and drain the black beans and chickpeas.

5. Steam the broccoli until tender. Set aside.

6. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the avocado into small cubes.

7. In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach leaves and cook until wilted.

8. In another pan, fry the eggs to your desired level of doneness.

9. Once the chicken breast and pork ribs are cooked, slice them into bite-sized pieces.

10. To assemble the power bowl, divide the cooked chicken breast, pork ribs, black beans, chickpeas, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, avocado cubes, spinach leaves, and fried eggs among serving bowls.

11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
