Coffee Rice with Bell Peppers

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add oil.
2. Add bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
3. Add the rice and stir to combine with the peppers.
4. Pour in 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of milk, 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is cooked through.
6. Stir in fresh herbs and serve.
