A hearty and delicious beef stew with potatoes and tomatoes.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the canned chopped tomatoes, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
5. Return the beef to the pot and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour.
7. Add the potatoes to the pot and continue simmering for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
