1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
