Kurkuma Oatmeal Vegetable Stir Fry

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add bell peppers, carrots, kurkuma, oatmeal, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add water and cook for 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add herbs and serve.
