Ground Beef and Rice Skillet

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Add the onion, garlic, and herbs to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

3. Return the ground beef to the skillet and stir in the rice. Pour in 1 cup of water and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.

4. Serve hot.
