Anchovy and Olive Crostini

This anchovy and olive crostini is the perfect appetizer for any occasion. The salty and briny flavors of the anchovies and olives are balanced by the nuttiness of the Parmesan cheese, while the garlic and red pepper flakes add a nice kick.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut a baguette or other crusty bread into thin slices and brush each slice with olive oil.

3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned.

4. While the bread is toasting, prepare the topping. In a small saucepan, heat up some olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

5. Add chopped anchovies and cook for another minute, stirring frequently.

6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped black olives and grated Parmesan cheese.
