
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper to the pan and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes with their juices, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, oregano and smoked paprika. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Stir in the rice and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
6. Stir in the kidney beans and season with salt, pepper, herbs and oil to taste.
7. Serve hot.
