
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
2. Add garlic, onion and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans and water. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve with desired toppings.

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup water
2 tsp chili powder
