Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Rinse the strawberries gently under cool water and pat them completely dry with a clean towel. Any moisture on the berries can prevent the chocolate from sticking properly.

2. Line a plate or tray with parchment paper so the dipped strawberries can set without sticking.

3. Remove the strawberry stems only if desired, but leave them on for a more elegant look and easier handling while dipping.

4. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Melt it slowly using a double boiler or in short microwave bursts, stirring often until smooth and glossy.

5. Hold each strawberry by the stem or top and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat most of the berry while leaving a little fruit exposed if you like.

6. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl, then place the coated strawberry onto the prepared parchment.

7. Repeat with the remaining strawberries, working quickly so the chocolate stays smooth and easy to dip.
