1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish
2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cane sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust
3. Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the crust
4. In another bowl, mix together milk, sour cream, and rice krispies. Spread this mixture over the apple pie filling
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown
6. Let it cool slightly, then drizzle caramel topping over the bars
