Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup whole milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, and 2 eggs until smooth.

2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to lift from the pan. Flip and cook for an additional 1 minute.

3. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.

4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or syrup.
