Plum Cake with Banana and Whipped Cream

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix together flour, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, oil, yoghurt, and water. Whisk until combined.

4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients in the medium bowl until combined.

5. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with oil or butter.

6. Pour batter into the pan. Arrange the plums on top of the batter.

7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Let the cake cool completely before adding whipped cream and banana slices.
