
Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. In a large bowl, combine the rum, brown sugar, coconut cream, heavy cream, cherries, pineapple juice and optional ingredients (water, salt, pepper, herbs and/or oil).
2. Mix all of the ingredients together until they are thoroughly combined.
3. Pour mixture into a medium-sized saucepan and heat over medium heat.
4. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a simmer. Reduce heat and keep the mixture at a low simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove saucepan from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
6. Serve warm over a bed of rice or pasta.
