Baked Apple Pie

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add cold water gradually until the dough comes together.

3. Roll out half of the dough and line a pie dish with it.

4. Peel and slice apples, then toss them with sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Place the apple mixture in the pie dish.

5. Roll out the remaining dough and place it over the apples. Crimp the edges to seal the pie.

6. Make slits on the top crust for venting. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top.

7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

8. Let cool before serving.
