Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).

2. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.

3. Gradually add the white sugar while continuing to beat the egg whites.

4. Continue beating until stiff peaks form and the sugar is completely dissolved.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Drop spoonfuls of the meringue mixture onto the baking sheet, forming small nests or shapes.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meringues are crisp and dry.

8. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
